- Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund transfer.
- Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or bank processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
Non-Returnable Products

While opening the parcel, customers are strongly advised to record a clear video showing:

- The condition of the product received
This video will serve as mandatory proof for any replacement, refund, or exchange request. Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange requests for eligible products will be processed after verification.
Important Note
Please keep the courier box and shipping label safely until your request is fully resolved. Do not discard or hand over the courier slip or label, as it may be required for verification purposes. Requests without courier label proof may not be processed.
